About McKinley
Hi, I’m McKinley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering trauma-informed holistic, body-centered therapy for adults and couples seeking deeper healing and meaningful transformation.
My journey into this work is personal. I grew up fast—shaped by trauma and resilience—and for a long time, I carried more than my share. That early path sparked my calling to support others who’ve known what it means to feel alone, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I know healing is possible, because I’ve lived it—and I believe its everyone`s right to have access to their own healing.
After the birth of my first son, I experienced a profound spiritual shift. It led me to explore new ways of understanding healing—not just through the mind, but through the body, the soul, and the stories we carry. Today, I integrate traditional therapeutic tools with holistic approaches such as mindfulness, sound, somatic awareness, and deep inner spiritual work. My style is warm, grounded, creative, spiritual and clinical. A beautiful balance tailored to guide you to your best self.
I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck. I also support a limited number of couples seeking to reconnect and communicate more clearly. My clients often describe our sessions as a safe space to explore what’s real—without judgment, and with a deep sense of presence.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a mom of two, a partner to a first generation immigrant from India, a Utah native, and someone who finds joy in being outside, eating good food, and catching live theater whenever I can.
If you're ready to go beyond surface-level coping and explore what true healing means for you, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
