Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy:
A Pathway to Deep Healing and Inner Transformation

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)Many You are ready to shift. You are ready to go deeper. You are ready to feel whole again.
This is where the journey begins. Ketamine can be a powerful therapeutic tool to help you move past old patterns of thinking and behavior, offering an opportunity to access deep emotional, spiritual, and somatic healing.
My 6–10 week Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) program in Salt Lake City is a sacred, guided process designed to support healing at the root level. We typically meet twice a week — once for the ketamine session and once for integration. This evidence-based structure is considered ideal, but we’ll work together to create a schedule that fits your life and best serves your growth.
To begin, we schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if KAP is the right path for you. If it is, my medical provider will complete an intake and prepare the medicine, and together we’ll set your treatment schedule.
What to Expect in Each Ketamine Session
Each week, we meet in a safe and intentional space. You will take a therapeutic dose of ketamine (typically 200 mg) to enter a deep, expanded state of consciousness. This is not a casual or purely clinical experience — it’s a guided journey inward, supported by ritual, presence, and intention.
Before the session, I prepare the environment to ensure you feel energetically and physically safe. Upon arrival, we check in on how you’re feeling and do grounding exercises. You will set your intention for the session, and then we begin the medicine journey.
While under the influence of ketamine, many clients describe entering a dream-like or visionary state — a “soul journey,” a spiritual reset, or a profound introspective experience. You are never alone in this process. I sit with you the entire time, providing grounded, compassionate support, weaving in verbal guidance and sound healing, and gently reminding you of your intention. Treating each session as a ceremonial and intentional practice helps participants go deeper and gain more insight from their journey.
As the medicine wears off, we check in and help you safely re-ground into your body before leaving. The space remains calm, sacred, and supportive throughout, ensuring your process is fully contained.
