Holistic Therapy for Spiritual Healing

Reconnect with your intuition, your body, and your unique spiritual practice.

Spiritual Counseling & Holistic Therapy

Many people come to therapy feeling spiritually unmoored — especially after leaving a highly structured or organized religion. This experience is common in Salt Lake City, where faith transitions can leave people longing for connection but uncertain where to begin. As a trauma-informed therapist, I offer a safe, supportive space to explore spirituality after religion and help you reconnect with what feels meaningful and authentic for you.

We start by rebuilding trust in your own intuition

learning to listen inward, rather than looking outside yourself for all the answers. From there, we gently explore what a personal spiritual practice might look like. For some, this could mean meditation, journaling, or forest bathing. For others, it may be intentional time with friends, sound baths, or simply slowing down to be present in nature. There is no “right” or “wrong” way to practice spirituality here — only curiosity, compassion, and discovery.

We may also explore different indigenous and ancestral traditions with deep respect for their roots and cultural contexts. Holistic therapy can include sound healing, energy work, tobacco ceremony, or vocal activation. These practices provide somatic and energetic pathways to healing that can stand alone or weave into your spiritual journey — supporting you in coming home to yourself in body, mind, and spirit. This is a space where your spirituality can be evolving, imperfect, and uniquely your own — a place to explore meaning and healing on your terms.
