You are worthy of healing
Individual Therapy
From a trauma-informed and compassionate space we gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface of your struggles — not just the symptoms, but the roots. Many people come in feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Rather than focusing solely on coping strategies, our work is about understanding why these patterns exist and what they’re trying to protect. Together, we’ll identify the parts of you that are carrying pain, fear, or shame, and uncover the parts that are longing for care, attention, and re-parenting.
I draw from a blend of Inner Child Work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to help you reconnect with your body, access your inner wisdom, and make sense of emotional patterns that may have felt confusing or out of reach. This approach allows us to move slowly and intentionally, at a pace that honors your nervous system and your lived experience.
We will work together to help you understand your nervous system and how to really come back to your body and give you tools to have a stronger body-mind connection.
This is a space for real, lasting change — not quick fixes. It’s about coming home to yourself in a deeper way and building a more grounded, empowered relationship with all parts of who you are.
Psychedelic Integration
Psychedelic experiences can change our lives. They can also be confusing and upsetting. As a trauma-informed therapist, I offer a safe, grounded space to help you integrate what came up during your journey, explore the parts of you that were activated, and begin to translate those insights into lasting, embodied change.
Integration isn’t always a one-time process — it can unfold over months or even a lifetime. In our work together, we focus on making meaning in the here and now, while also building your capacity for ongoing self-integration as new layers emerge. This space is about deepening your understanding, creating a personalized toolset, and supporting your continued growth with clarity, compassion, and intention.
Part of our work together is also understanding what happens in your brain when you take different psychedelic medicines. The “why” and “how” are important to understand for nervous system regulation and for preparing for a journey.
While I do not provide or facilitate access to any psychedelic substances, I can support you in preparing safely and ethically for a journey by helping you understand what to expect and what questions to ask — so that if you choose to engage in this work, you can do so with greater intention, awareness, and care.
Spiritual & Holistic Therapy
Many people come to therapy feeling spiritually unmoored — especially after leaving a highly structured or organized religion. There's often a deep longing to reconnect with something meaningful, but also confusion around where to begin. In our work together, we start by helping you rebuild trust in your own intuition — learning to listen inward, rather than looking outside yourself for all the answers. From there, we gently explore what a personal, authentic spiritual practice might look like for you. This might involve experimenting with things like meditation, journaling, sound baths, forest bathing, spending intentional time with friends, or simply being present in nature. There is no right or wrong way to be spiritual here — only curiosity and self-discovery.
We also explore different indigenous and ancestral spiritual traditions to see what resonates, always with deep respect for their roots and cultural contexts. Holistic therapy may include sound healing, energy work, tobacco ceremony, or vocal activation, offering somatic and energetic pathways to healing that complement talk therapy. These practices can stand alone or weave into your spiritual exploration — helping you come home to yourself in body, mind, and spirit. This is a space where your spirituality can be messy, evolving, and entirely your own.
